- Processing charges charged by payment gateways may not be refundable where applicable.

Parents are encouraged to provide a quiet learning environment for younger students.
8.Attendance and Missed Classes

If a student is unable to attend:

Materials are provided solely for the enrolled student's personal educational use.

11.Student Conduct
Students agree to:
- Treat teachers and fellow students respectfully.
- Avoid abusive, discriminatory, or inappropriate behaviour.
- Not share offensive, illegal, or harmful content during classes.
- Not impersonate another person.
- Not interfere with the learning experience of others.
Scholars Foundation reserves the right to suspend or terminate access in cases of serious misconduct.
12.Technology Requirements
Students are responsible for ensuring they have:

- A compatible computer, tablet, or mobile device.
- A functioning microphone and camera where required.
- Updated software needed to access online classes.
We are not responsible for interruptions caused by the student's own equipment or internet connection.

- Gmail
- Razorpay
- PayPal
Your use of these platforms is also subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
14.Privacy

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Scholars Foundation shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our services.
